Refund & exchange
No Refunds – Exchange Only
We do not issue refunds for any purchase.
Exchanges are available for size variations or damage item of the same product, subject to stock availability
Exchange Eligibility
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
Innerwear, socks, masks, caps, and customized products are not eligible for exchange.
If you receive a defective or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Return Shipping & Charges
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A return shipping fee of ₹[100] (or actual courier charges) must be borne by the customer.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) returns.
Use a trackable courier service and share tracking details with us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
Request Exchange: Contact us at psychostorecare@gmail.com
or WhatsApp with your Order ID and exchange details.
Approval & Instructions: Our team will confirm the eligibility and provide the return address plus instructions.
Return Shipping: Ship the product to us at your own cost (or pay the return shipping charge if arranged by us).
Quality Check: Once we receive and verify the product’s condition, we’ll confirm the exchange.
Dispatch: We will ship the replacement item to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Important Notes
ach order is eligible for one exchange only.
If the requested size or item is out of stock, we will issue store credit of the same value.
Psycho reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product fails the quality check.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipments typically arrive within 6 to 12 business days. Actual transit time depends on your delivery location, courier partner serviceability, and any unforeseen delays beyond our control.
